Where the Rivet Works display embeds are located in your page templates, update the script:
It's that easy. All stores will be upgraded to the new displays on Monday, July 9, 2018. See FAQs at the bottom of this page for more information.

What is a beta launch?
We have conducted extensive internal testing of the new displays and already have customers using them on their websites. A beta launch is used to get feedback and quickly identify and fix any unforeseen bugs. As a beta participant, you are highly encouraged to share any issues you come across, even if they seem trivial to you. In doing so, you're assisting our developers in identifying and addressing problems more rapidly than they could do themselves.
How should I give my feedback while I'm participating in the beta launch?
We want to hear from you! Please send any observations, feedback, or issues to email@example.com with a subject line of: "Displays"
Is the beta launch optional?
Yes, the beta launch is optional. You may choose to continue using your current displays until we roll out the new displays for all customers.
When is the public release?
The public release date for the new displays across all customers is Monday, July 9, 2018.
How can I find the display embeds in my page templates?
Download your current theme files. Open on your desktop and do a search for "rivet" in the folder. You'll be able to identify what files have been manipulated with the Rivet Works display embed code. You'll also want to check your webpages for your stand-alone gallery.
What if I have applied custom CSS to the Rivet Works embed?
If you have applied custom CSS to the Rivet Works embed, many of the classes that were previously targeted no longer exist. Rivet Works does not provide support to custom, off-platform modifications made to our displays. If you need additional assistance, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will put you in touch with a trusted third-party partner.
What if I don't want to switch?
We are confident that the modern architecture and design best practices in the new displays is a positive enhancement for your store and its performance--so much so, that we will cease to support the new displays after Monday, July 9, 2018.
What about carousel and map displays?
Some of you may be using the carousel or map display types. These are not included in the Summer 2018 upgrade. If you wish to replace your carousel or map with an additional filmstrip or gallery, please contact our Support team and we would be happy to assist you.
What exactly will happen on Monday, July 9, 2018, with the public release?
As we get closer to July 9, we will send out an email announcement and communicate through an in-app message what time you should expect the upgrade to occur. You will know it's coming. You will not experience any downtime, nor will you need to make any changes to your site or your Rivet Works configuration. We will perform the upgrade behind the scenes. Once the upgrade has occurred, if you visit any page with content, you will see the content load in the newly-designed displays. It's as easy as that!
