Upon subscribing to Rivet Works, you will receive your Rivet Works credentials via email. Feel free to login and take a look around! For a walkthrough of the Rivet Works PAD, check out our quick video tutorial.
Once the Rivet Works team has access to the store, they will complete the process of setting up your content collector and email templates based on our best practices. This typically takes approximately 24-48 hours. Once your account is ready to go live, you will receive an email with the following information and instructions:
The following automated emails have been configured
- Post-purchase content request email (14 day delay)
- Dip-back content request email (purchases made in last 90 days)
- Post-submission "thank you for submitting" email
- Post-approval "your submission has been approved" email (includes your coupon code if one has been provided)
How to turn on Rivet Works
After you've turned on Rivet Works
You may not see the automated email dashboard update for 12-24 hours, but don't be alarmed--your emails are going out! As content rolls in, you will begin to receive moderation alerts--notifications that you can tap on to quickly approve or reject content.
We recommend sharing your collector link on social and in your own email campaigns to maximize content volume. A variety of helpful articles and video tutorials are located here in the Resource Library.
