Measuring your Rivet Works performance is now more convenient than ever. With the automated performance emails feature, you can view data from your Performance Dashboard without logging into the PAD. Simply schedule your emails to receive weekly and/or monthly performance updates, delivered directly to your inbox.

Are my emails activated by default?
At this time, your emails have not been activated. We’ve done this to give you the freedom to schedule emails in any way you would like.
When will I receive my emails once they are scheduled?
Immediately after scheduling, you will receive an initial email. Moving forward if you choose to receive weekly updates, your emails will arrive each Monday. If you choose to receive monthly updates, you emails will arrive on the 1st of each month.
Is there a limit to how many emails I can schedule?
There is no limit to the amount of views you can schedule, although your inbox may fill up quickly! If you would like to test a few different views, you can easily manage and delete them in the “Schedule email” dropdown.
Can I use this feature to automatically send emails to other members of my organization?
Automated performance emails are a user-specific feature, therefore you cannot send updates to others, only to the email on your user profile.
