Consider the following scenario: you receive a stunning piece of media of a customer using your product, but the written narrative has multiple spelling errors, or language not suitable for your brand.
With Rivet Works, this submission does not have to go to waste. In your moderation panel, you can easily hide or modify elements of a submission. Learn how in this short video tutorial:
1. Log into the Rivet PAD and navigate to moderation
2. To hide an element within a submission, hover over it with your mouse. You'll see two icons appear. One is an eyeball with a slash through it, and the other is a pencil icon.
3. Click the eyeball icon to hide that element of the submission.
Note: Mess up? Simply toggle the icon again and the element will be unhidden.
4. Click the pencil icon to edit elements of the submissions.
For example, edit a poor word choice or misspelled word. Modifying like this can be done while still maintaining the authenticity of your content, but providing you a bit of brand control.
