Our team of implementation specialists does all of the heavy lifting to set up your automated content collection, management, and display. Here are a few steps you need to complete to get started:
Provide Rivet Works with access to your store. View instructions. If you've already given us access, great! Skip ahead to step 3.
Upon your initial login, you will be prompted to walk through an Onboarding Guide. This step-by-step guide takes about 10 minutes to complete and will provide information on what to expect as a Rivet Works customer, the content submission process, and how to navigate your Rivet Works PAD.
In the Onboarding Guide, you can also submit the incentive you would like to offer for customers that share content through Rivet Works. You can find additional information on incentives in these articles:
Add "@rivet.works" domain to your email safe list or address book. You will receive important communication from us regarding how your content is performing, ideas for how to use your content, and notices about new and upcoming features.
